ilr - employee and director of a limited company

Post by Vijji » Fri Jan 11, 2013 4:03 pm

Hi,

I draw salary from my own limited company and total salary is enough to claim required earning points.

My query is can you present my case as employed with payslips and bank statements OR do i still have to produce all the limited company docs and accounts letters.

I have taken some dividends as well, but my salary is enough to claim required points.

Seniors, please guide me as I want to keep my application simple and straightforward.

Thank you
vijji

UKBA will treat you as self employed. You need to have documents as per self employed requirements.
