sponsorship letter

Post by safeery2k » Fri Jan 11, 2013 8:27 pm

Hi,

I am on tier 1 general visa and living in a 1 bedroom flat with my wife. My mum is visiting us soon and I need to sponsor her but the problem is accommodation. Is there any way to sponsor her without moving to 2 bedroom house as she will be staying only for a month. Can I book a hotel room for her for a month and show the booking in sponsorship letter?

will that work?

you can sponsor her with own 1 bed room accommodation

assuming that you also have a living room, so it's a two room house - so upto 3 people can live.

also, temporary overcrowding is allowed if a member of your family comes to live in your home for a short-time
