Tier 2 dependent visa application fee

Hi all,
My wife is currently on Tier 2(general) visa in the U.K. I am planning on applying for a tier 2 dependent from India to join her in U.K. I was going through this application fee link http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/count ... ableAnchor and got a little confused.
1)My question is which fee is applicable for the tier 2 dependent application? is it INR 24300 which is the fee listed under work permit? There is no policy guide next to it so I am a little confused.
2) Also I am confused about the processing times from this link http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/count ... ableAnchor . which processing time applies for tier 2 dependent? is it the one for PBS Tier 2?
