Thank you very much CS95. So , you say that income can fluctuate to any level other than the application year. Because, in my second year, my income went to very low level(1/4 of my band) due to I lost my JOB, Later before my second extension I was able to find the job and satisfied my band. will this affect my ILR application?. My accountant is not capable of answering this question. No, it won't. Note, you will however need to meet the previous earnings requirement at the time you apply for ILR, if you are applying under one of the PBS immigration categories.brajen wrote:Thank you very much CS95.
