SET(M) query - hlp required...

Planning to apply SET(M) for spouse

1. As per the sticky,

does a fine in court previously 5 years as per ROA 1974, now only 2 years if you had non custodial sentence for motoring offence?

2. For existing spouse visa obtained before 9th Jul 12, for SET(M) application is it just life in uk or additional tests required?
