travelling within EU

hie i have ILR biometric ID what i want to know is if i need a visa to travel within the EU and also if i need to carry my passport, please clarify this to me thanx in advance

Yes to both if the passport you are referring to would normally require a visa to visit those countries you are planning to visit within EU.
