SET M- ILR QUERY.

Hi all.

I have a few questions in regards to my sisters ILR application.

1. My sister (the applicant) and her partner (british citizen) receive their salary in one account which has a healthy balance. they also have another account for their tax credits and spending for their child. Are they required to show both current accounts for their finances? the second account shows the tax credits coming into the account. they would like to show just the salary account as it has a healthy balance and shows their salary.

2. Working Tax Credit / Child Tax Credit. this is a joint claim for obvious reasons. On the statement, it states that CTC is owed to my sister (the ILR applicant). WTC and child benefit is owed to her partner. Will this affect their application? Also, will she have to tick the WTC and CTC option for public funds?
