PEO Belfast Experience

Hello All,

I just thought to put some lines on my experience for ILR at Belfast PEO. This might help someone going specifically to Belfast PEO.

May it was a bad day, I traveled from Edinburgh to Belfast and checked into flight just at Final Call (please don't take such risk.. go to airport well in advance!). I had booked car at Belfast International Airport and traveled to Belfast city (it takes appx 45 mins - 1 hr). For some reason my Tom-Tom was not in good mood and took me to residential area on setting the post code BT8 6TB. This might be problem with my Tom Tom. Roughly on google map I had seen location of the office. There is a Sainsburys just opp to PEO Belfast. Fortunately I could reach the venue. (Thanks to google guru.. and adjacent Sainsburys). There are no Max stay restrictions (or at least I did not see any) at Sainsburys.

I reached venue and hurried. I was inside PEO at 1.25. (Ideally we should be 30 mins before appointment). Luckily I was allowed in. Then it was standard process to issue tokens etc. My documents were verified. To my surprise, one payslip was missing. I had extra points so I opted to show income of only available payslips. *Please verify your documents specifically payslips and bank statements*

When the documents were okay, I was asked to pay. After that there was biometric scanning and finally after about 40 mins after biometric I was given my passports. They retain BRPs.

Case worker wasn't polite and bit unfriendly. Not to blame her, the salary slip issue was purely my mistake. But any way finally the result was as I had expected.
