ILR Eligibility - 28 days application

Post by Mkoolb » Mon Jan 14, 2013 7:44 pm

Hi all,

I am thinking of applying for ilr this year and wanted to know if I am eligible. Can someone please confirm this for me?

I entered the UK on the 15/06/2003 on a student visa, been on student visa until 28/02/2010.

Then moved on to PSW till 19/02/2012, now I am on Tier 1 general till 20/05/2013.

Is the PSW counts towards ILR?

My current visa will expire on the 20/05/2013 I should do 10 years on 15/06/2013, can I still apply for ILR on the 20/05/2013 based on the 28 days application allowed?

Do I need to have a visa on the 15/06/2013 or is it ok as long as its within 28 days of applying?

Finally I married a British citizen last year in August, do I need to apply for spouse visa first before applying for ILR?

Many thanks.
