EEA3 Please help!!!

Post by Natika » Mon Jan 14, 2013 9:34 pm

Was looking to submit EEA3 form for myself only, as my husband will be exercising treaty rights next year. However, I don't have a ''proper'' lease agreement. The one we have is on my husband's name and was not signed by the landlord; all bills were included into the monthly rent payment and we I don't have any council tax bills, etc.

Do you think this will be a big issue, or should I wright a cover letter explaining the situation.

Also my name on P60's is spelt incorrectly (one letter missing) as well as house number is incorrect (shows 57 instead of 97) - is this something I should worry about?

I will appreciate any advice.
PS. if my husband will be exercising the treaty rights next year, can we still submit EEA3 form this year for both of us? We are EU nationals. Which sections do I have to fill in for myself and which ones for my husband?
