Hello All, i need your advice from the members of this forum

- i was issues a fixed penatly fine for not wearing seat belt in Taxi. i paid the fine doing online test and paid in full.

due to error i got a court order stating that i have not paid. post explaining them the error was accepted and the order was with drawn.

in the section E3 do i mention this?

kindly advice

i am going for Tier 1 extension this week

sorry to ask more details

i was told it better to tick as NO for E3 on page 18 but use the box below to explain the the FPN was issues for seat belt and the payment was paid

is this required?

read guidence note, no need to explain the FPN, unless its been issued from Court.

FPN si like parking ticket, i got four ticket in last 4 months .. i have mention in my application.

rest is up to you ..

as i mentioned in my first post.....a court order came with increased fine amount claiming that i have not paid the original one.

post clarification they withdrew the court order.

hence my doubt.

Traffic offences do not fall under the UK Immigration Acts.

I posted this when i was doing tier 1 extension. I didn!t mention during TIER1 extension

Now i am applying ILR. - do i need to mention this

Can you kindly advice.
