Hello all

My father has been with me from may 2011 after successful tribunal judgement for his entry clearance application done in July 2010. His visa was granted as outside immigration rules in line with my visa end date.

He has been in uk all along with no access to public funds. I got my extension under ict and I have now applied for my father extension in line with my visa date under flr(o) with all supporting docs in original

Will July 2012 rules be a problem? As it says we have to apply from overseas?

On what basis was he granted this visa, was it for him to visit, or stay with you.

If it was to stay with you, then i see no reason why he has to apply from overseas, and i doubt the new system will apply.

He was granted visa in line with my PBS tier 2 to live with me. Now that I applied for extension and got it for 2 more years, post which I have filled flr(o) for his extension.

The tribunal order clearly states to grant visa in line with my leave to remain

You should have applied for him at the same time as yourself. Why did you not do that. Has he now overstayed?

Hi, me, wife, son, father all had our entry clearance till 28th jan. 2013. My wife and child were on PBS ict dependant, while my father visa was stamped as visa outside immigration rules after we won an appeal when his application as dependant to me

We all applied for peo in Croydon on jan 2nd 2013 for extension while my company gave me cos, I had all proofs for my father as sponsor. My father application was not admitted by the screening officer( before payment) saying flr(o) others , application should be done only via post.

Hence post our grant on same day for extension of further 2 years and brp card coming in next 2 days, I applied for my father by post on Jan 5th supplying my brp card and all other documents. I have also mentioned a covering letter saying he was not allowed for peo and hence I am doing by post.

I see no problem in the application being approved, provided of course the circumstance that led to the appeal being allowed has not changed, and you are able to prove this.

Thanks. The circumstances have not changed and I have given all the proofs similar to what I gave during the appeal.

I have recvd acknowledgment for the flr (o) application on 11th Jan 2013. Now waiting for the bio metrics.
