ILR PEO Appointment Query and Doc Check

Hi,

Kindly verify my ILR application plans :

Visa From : 03 March 2008
First Entry : 03 April 2008
Tier 1 Extension: Till 03 March 2013
Total Paid Holidays: 70 days
Total Unpaid Holidays: Nill
Business Travel : 5 days in 2011
Total Days out of UK : 75

PEO Appointment Date for self : 04 Feb 2013. (27th Day before Visa Expiry)

My wife (who is now overseas and with Tier 1 Dependent Visa till 03 March 2013) will not be applying with me.

The documents I plan to submit with SET (0) 12/2012 version of the application are:

Payslips and Bank Statements: from 01-01-2012 to 31-12-2012.
(1 month will be over from the last payslip. I will try to get the payslip for Jan 2013 and Bank Statement for Jan 2013 but dont think that is necessary)
Photographs (2)
Copies of the bank statements, payslips, passport, LIUK Letter.
LIUK Letter
List of absences documented
Employer Letter confirming annual pay, tenure and the position held, if asked.
Bank statement from 01 Jan 2013 to 20 Jan 2013, if asked.
HSMP and Tier 1 approval letter, if asked.
Employment History Letter, if asked.
P60 for last 5 years, if asked.

And do you know if there will be any questions regarding my application as case worker will know that I have a dependent who is not applying with me.
