I am tier1 and applying for ILR and I am trying to work out Section 9 A5.
Is that earning is from my Payslip for last 12 months (Gross without tax?) or after tax?

Gross earnings are what apply. Gross means before any deductions (which would include taxes).

One more question please, Tier 1 Points Calculator Assessment, how do I get it? do we need to get a online done? or only on the paper form that is fine?

You don't have to do it. Just put down your earnings and the relevant points for it.
