Doctor or dentist cannot attest the passport copies, I think should be notary.

Not sure about doctor/dentist but Post-office does and accepted by UKBA (BHC's in India as well as In UK PEO's ) .

I just wanted to check another thing, is the visa application fee for a tier 2 dependent spouse visa from india. Is it Rs.24300 or 74350?

I checked the visa fee page on the website, but was unsure about the correct category.
