tier 4 limit applies from march 2009 onward or life time becoz its says maximum limit on tier 4 but tier4 started i think after 2009 0r 2010 i think .plz help thnx

the limit on degree level study includes time under tier 4 and time spent with pre-tier 4 student leave.
