eu citizn family mem residence card holder entry ireland

hi just a quick query
eu citizen family member residence card holder issued under article 10 when entring ireland shoud be accompanied by eu spouse or can enter with out eu spouse.
is there any requirement that eu spouse should be travelling together or shoud be in ireland. or card holder can enter ireland without eu citizen spouse.

Yes, that is the requirement, if the non eu spouse wishes to travel on their own they must then apply for an entry visa on their own.
