Forgot to mention the CVV number on a Tier 2 application

Post by asam » Wed Jan 16, 2013 11:20 am

Hello

I have applied for Tier 2 visa but I have forgot to mention my CVV munber and I applied on 14th January 2013. I know that it will be marked as an invalid application due to my mistake. But how long would it take UKBA to send my application back. My visa expires on 15th February 2013. Can you please suggest what should I do. Your reply will be a very big help as I am very stressed and worried at this moment.

Thanks

your application will not necessarily be marked invalid.

Thanks for the info manci. But now I can see my money been debited from the card which means my payment transaction has been successful. I hope so this is going in the right direction. But I really don't recollect if I had included the CVV number.

Thanks

without the CVV number you can recall it and stand a better chance of refund.

when we process card payments at work we are asked to provide the CVV number, door number of house and postal code numbers IE: B12 3AB we type in 123.

we can miss any of them of and it tells us "no match" etc... we take the risk to the payment being recalled etc and loss of product... (for this reason, most business take all three details, most take the CVV number, and some will ignore all of the details)...
