Tier 4 to tier 1 entrepreneur

Hi everyone. Just wanted find out if I can switch from tier 4 to tier 1 entrepreneur. Any idea how to find joint venture investors. Would be grateful if any one wishes to invest on me.I am currently in tier 4 student visa. I would be able to give them great return. I can make them 75% partner and I can retain 25%.Thank you..

Yes you can switch I applied my tier 1 visa last week.
To be very honest to find an VC to invest was very difficult.
If want to ask any question I can help.you out
