Temporary EU4FAM Visa expired

Hi Happy new year !
I have started the application with this forum member thank you for you precious help.
However my temporary card 6 month did expired on 15/01/2013
today is 16 i got nothing. I wrote to eutreatxxx@justice.ie
Yesterday and today no answer yet.
We were married 10 ago month in Asia and i came with eu spouse visa Type D and did declared that i intended to stay at Irish embassy so i did not change any purpose

We have sumitted all the documents required..and even my pps number and my tax credits certificates and pay slips.

my wife changed her job just before i arrived so we updated the Justice with new job pay slip.

we receive a last later in november asking for the PRTB letter that we submitted by end number along with electricit bills ( because we did a later switch) she is still working ...i holiday because my visa is expired.

- Should go to garda to inform about my new visa status?

- What can be the reason why they still don't released the letter ?

- I have written to justice by mail mentioning all the application No and person ID , what else would you suggest me to do

- In fact we got two PRTB letter stating the address and the same PRTB application number however we have our name in two different letter ( is that normal), but we did sent the two letter.

Don't worry, the letter is most likely in the post. on the other thread a person who was due to hear on the 12th, i think, received the letter 3 days later.
everyone gets 2 PRTB letters, a letter per person. Don't worry about that.

i have received the letter it , i am going to get the card tomorrow and get back to work.

I have a new question will they check if my wife is still working while i am under the familly card ?
