i need some information if any one could help me..
i have a son with British National (un-married)... i recently got Contact order through Family court after 1 Year court battle, which is Interim Supervised Contact order. we are back at court in March 2013 for Section 7 Report cuz of my Ex non serious behaviour... i m self representing my case in Family court..... i am currently on Student visa which is due to expire in Feb 2013... i have Completed my Masters Degree recently.
My Question is that i am going to apply for FLR (O) next week, what documents i should send with my Application, and can i apply on Premium service? Also i have £2500 in Account and Actively Searching for Jobs....
and how many Months bank statement is required.... and do i need IELTS for visa as some 1 told me i am exempted cuz of Masters degree???
