ILR Advice

Post by louch » Wed Jan 16, 2013 10:55 pm

Hi!
I need help on a few things....
I have been on a spouse visa for the last 18 months.
I'm due to apply for my ILR in April,
My wife is a British citizen & she hasn't been working for the past 2 years,
We are not in receipt of any benefits,
will her not working be a problem?

Secondly..... I have a fixed penalty notice (TS20) from 3 years ago, no court case or charges came about from it, will this need to be documented in my application as a crime I have committed?

Also, I have been trying to find an appointment for the PEO
but I couldn't find anything... Is there any advice you could give me on booking an appointment?
Also what are all the supporting documents I will need, as I've been told the home office are a little picky with what they ask for!
Any recent experiences shared will be very helpful!

Thanks.

Reading the information on the UKBA website below would be a good starting point for the information your require. http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas ... spouse-cp/
