hi guys,
was wondering if i could do with some bit of advice from you.my husband is based in the uk under a tier1 general visa which is due renewal in april.i was also refused a visa to visit friends in the uk early december when i applied.we want to reapply as my hubby will now invite me or is it better to apply as his dependent when he gets a renewal?

You can do either. If you wait until after your partner extends his leave, and he applies by post, it could take a long time. If you apply now, you will have to extend with him in any case, as the expiry of your leave will match his.
