Applied Tier 1 Gen extension

Hi All,

Please advise me on the below.
I applied my Tier 1 Gen extension on 14th Dec 2012 by PEO. After waiting long time they given me one letter saying that "Your application is valid but there are further enquiries that need to be made on your case and as such the application has been passed to a team where these enquiries can be made.In light of this all of the documents submitted with the original application will be held until a final decision is made."

Actually I shown some additional income (18K) to get the required points (My band is 50K - 55K) through self employed.

Please can any body suggest me that what will happen on my application? Till today I didn't hear anything from Home Office and bit nervous.

It's quite usual for this to happen. You will, eventually, be sent a decision in the post. It could take a few months.
