Signature box not printed in OCI A form

Hi,

I opened this form in Google Chrome browser.

On printing, there is no signature box on the form and they clearly mention that signature/thumb impression must be in the centre of the form.

What could I do now?

Don't use chrome browser for printing.
Use only Microsoft internet explorer to print it because website is optimised to IE.

Hi I have done the same mistake of printing in google chrome and the signature box is not printed.
Please advice do I need make a new online application in Microsoft Internet Explorer OR how do I retrive my previous application to print again in IE with signature box?
