Hi guys,

can some one advice please?

I applied for ILR 10 yrs as student visa and I am expecting to be approved soon by HO.
My wife has been dependent on my T4 visa for 3 yrs continuously starting from Jan 2010 up to now.
We have 2 kids were born in UK
1- Is my wife qualified for ILR after I get mine because she has been here 3 yrs?
2- Or she has to switch to spouse visa first before ILR .
3- Is new law came on 09/07/2012 applies on her or not?
