URGENT-Accountant Fee for preparing Interim accounts,etc

Hi,
Could you please let me know what is the average fee charged by an accountant to prepare the Confirmation letter covering invoices,dividends,etc, providing little assistance,preparation of interim accounts-P&L Statemtns, etc for my Tier-1 extension.

My accountant is charging me 1300£. I feel this is on very upper side

Can somebody please advise

You don't need all the documents for Tier-1 extension as you have mentioned in your query. You just need following documents

1. Letter from Accountant detailing your company status with details of Salary and Dividend. You can find the details of this in the UKBA site
2. Dividend Vouchers
3. Salary Slips
4. Bank Statement

and All of them should not cost more than £100. Your accountant is definitely charging you much more.
