When you applied for the visa, on the date of your application your company was A rated or not? as you said in April 2012 and after 4 month company downgraded to B its mean you did applied in July or August???

I sent the application on 4 th April 2012 and at that time it was A rated. Bt on 26 th April ukba send letter to my sponsor saying the license has been suspended because of certain issues. My sponsor reply all the issues to them. And on November my sponsor received an email that your license has been reinstated. Bt it Was downgrade to B. rating. The sponsor pay for the action plan and they give three month period which will end on 3march 2013. Currently it was B rated. Finally on 16 jan 2013 they refused saying that maintenance fund is required as B rated cant pay for the maintenance fund.
Really need the help

I think you have got only 10 days for appeal; I will recommend that you should consult a lawyer and make a proper appeal.
