Expediting Tier1 Extension

Post by ganesh46 » Fri Jan 18, 2013 1:38 pm

Hello,

Is it possible to expedite a case even before receiving the biometric letter?

I sent my application through post on 14-Dec and received acknowledgement letter on 19-Dec. I know currently it's taking 6 - 8 weeks (not for all the cases may be) for receiving biometric letter.

My Visa expires on 30-Jan and could definitely seek employer's help (like a letter from them) to expedite the case.

Suggestion please.

Thanks,
Gan

Unfortunately, it is not possible to expedite your case until you have had your biometrics taken.

You need to wait until you have received your biometric letter, enrol your biometrics and then seek to expedite your application.

A case cannot be considered until you have had your biometrics.
