Please Advice - ILR - Work Permit, WP extn, ICT-Establ Staff

Hello

Question A. Please could you advice if I can apply for ILR in "March 2013" taking Dec 2007 as application entry start date. I did not have my documents so I could not do this in December 2012. I currently hold Tier 2 ICT-Long term staff visa (approved Jan 2013 - Nov 2015)

I entered UK in Dec 2007 on work permit

1. Work Permit - Aug-2007 Dec-2008 (applied for from India think it is ict work permit)
2. Extension - Residence Permit - Oct-2008 to Dec-2010 (Extension Applied before expiry date from UK) - during single year had over 180 days compassionate absence - can discretion be used by CW if proof provided.
3. Tier 2 ICT - Established Staff of the Points Based system - Jan-2011 to Dec-2012 (Extension Applied before expiry date from UK)
4. Tier 2 ICT-Long term staff visa approved (Jan 2013 - Nov 2015)

Question B. Also please advice if I can apply for ILR in July 2014 (taking entry date as July 2009) considering the period from Jan 2013 - July 2014 will be on Tier 2 ICT - Long term staff.

Please advice.

Hello, Do you think it is a problem that I have not yet applied (eligiible Dec2012). My documents were returned from UKBA around 10th Jan, and I am not yet ready to book an appointment - though I would book in March 2013. Please advice if you think this is an issue. Thank you.
