Do I have to bring my newborn baby to PEO?

Post by leoinuk » Sat Jan 19, 2013 12:17 am

Hi Everybody,
My baby was born in uk and will be 4 months old by the time of appointment in PEO, I booked her as one of the dependants already, but do I have to bring her with me into PEO?
Thanks in advance for any advise.
Leo

ps: Yes, we just want her to have ILR, not to apply citizenship yet.

Assuming that she was born in the UK, why did you feel the need to include her in your ILR application?

I forgot where I read it, someone said if the baby is not required for fingerprints then no need to bring the baby. Just want to verify it. But thanks.
I'll call the border agency to find out and post update here.
Thanks.

I think my answer is precise for your question if you want to clarify you can call UKBA. Baby maynot be needed for fingerprints but what abt photograph which they take at PE0 so baby is needed.
