Hi
My partner has recently had her Spouse Visa application refused due to me not being exempt from the financial requirements as defined in paragraph E-EXP .3.3. It states we have not provided the required 12 month payslips, employment letter and/or employment contract, or bank statements corresponding to the same period of pay as evidence of your sponsor's gross income from their previous employment. (note - i have been with the same company for 2 years and in the last 5 months been promoted but yet they view me as being employed with a separate company for the previous time.)
We originally supplied the relevant documentation which shows i have earned above the threshold they ask in the last 12 months but what they asked for at that time (in terms of documentation), it seems they require more. So i am here to ask how we appeal this and seek any advice of people reading this who have had similar experiences.
Our lives are on complete hold right now and we are desperate to get this resolves asap!!!! So if anyone reads this and has some advice please do respond as soon as possible!!
Many Thanks
