Exchange 2007 implentation Administrator Required

Hi ,
I am looking for who have exp in working in Exchange 2007 implementation and support . Right candidate needs to have knowledge abt AD, DNS, DHCP , WINS and general networking skills to implement and support Microsoft servers in virtualized environment. This role is based is in IPSWICH which pays upto 40k PA.
