Dear Members, I would be grateful if you can clarify my below queries.
I have been in UK between Feb 5th 2011 and 3rd June 2012, 1st Sep 2012 till now in Tier-2 ICT Establish Staff. (89 days continuous period out of UK)
1. While applying ILR in future, does a continuous salary should be show in P60 for a financial year if you're in Tier 2 ICT Establish Staff visa? More information below for your reference.
a. Feb 5th 2011 to 3rd June 2012 - I have been paid salary and P60 is available for the same.
b. 1st Sep 2012 to 29 Nov 2012 - I have not been paid salary but it is paid as allowance (I was in short term assignment) through company bank account (i.e., this amount will not appear in my P60 for tax calculation).
c. 30 Nov 2012 till now (assignment converted to long term assignment) - I have been paid salary in my account and hope it will appear in P60.
2. I have got a new sponsor now, and I am aware that I will be eligible if I get the new sponsored visa as Tier 2 General but will I be eligible if the new sponsored visa is also a Tier 2 ICT Long term (As I understand, now new ICT is provided as Long Term visa) ?
3. Do I need to take care of anything else while I change my sponsor to get the ILR without any problem in future?
