Financial Requirment

Post by rikabi » Tue Jan 22, 2013 12:17 am

My question is my combined jobs mean I earn £18,600+ per year. In one my jobs my employers paid me twice in December because of bank holidays. This means I will not get paid in January because I will already paid in December. Will this make a difference? Problem am not paid on fixed dates. I really hope this doesn't mess thing up.

Any help would be appreciated.

If I were you, I'd have your employer write and sign a letter explaining what happened. I'm in the process of submitting my own fiance visa and my fiance had two issues with his pay in November and December, so we had his boss write a letter explaining and hopefully it will be okay.

I AM IN A SIMILIAR SUTIATION WHERE I AM TRYING TO SUBMIT A SPOUSE SETTLEMENT FOR MY WIFE. MY CONBINED SALARY IS ABOVE £1550.00 (£18600) FOR MY TWO JOBS FOR THE PAST 6 MONTHS. HOWEVER, IN OCTOBER I HAVE EARNED £1497, 00 WHICH IS £57.00 BELOW THE REQUIRED THRESHOLD, BECAUSE I HAVE BROKE MY HAND IN OCTOBER. UNFORTANETELLY MY TWO SECOND EMPLOYER DOESN’T PAY SICK PAY.

I DON’T KNOW HOW I CAN GO ABOUT IT, DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 6 MONTHS AGAIN. PLEASE HELP
