Waiting time for flr m

Post by rassell » Tue Jan 22, 2013 12:33 am

Hi,I applied for my flr m application on 30th of may 2012,bio-taken 5th July 2012 ,it has a long time nearly 8 month passed but I haven't received my documents back,I came to uk on 13th december 2009 as a student.and I haven't visit my home country since I came,my mother is too much ill,but I am not able to visit her, because ukba hold my passport since 8 months.I haven't contract with home office yet, So are there anybody who submitted an flr m application end of may 2012 and still waiting? I am so much in tension ,always I read this foram and I see lots of people are waiting like me,but I don't know why ukba takes so long time to process the application .and even they don't reply of any inquiry about progress of application. Plz any advice will be very helpful for me............plz pray for me all[/b]

UKBA say 6 months from Biometric enrollment which for you have passed now. You should call UKBA and explain and emphasis about your mother's illness and that its 8 months since you applied and 6 months from biometric enrollment.

DEAR ALL,

The VISA PROCESSING TIME is as following -

EEA Application made inside the United Kingdom: 3 Months from the date of application.

Any other visa application made inside the United Kingdom: 6 months from the date of application.

These visa processing time as advised by the UK Border Agency themselves and are a guidance to caseworkers.

If your application is taking longer then the visa processing time, you should chase up the UK Border Agency. How can you chase up the UKBA? There are various ways... Ask if you wish to know!

Best of Luck peeps x

Contact your MP and ask them to chase up the application on your behalf. This often gets the process moving.

Dear Moderator,

Thank you for your post!

We help clients with their non-legal matters such as helping them chasing up their visa application whether made inside or outside the United Kingdom. We believe that clients could benefit from this service.

We are not in competition with workpermit.com as we do not provide LEGAL IMMIGRATION SERVICES.

Should any legal immigration matters come to us, we sure will refer them to workpermit.com.

Please advise me whether I am permitted to advertise my company and also help people by advising them how to chase up the UK Border Agency. It will be beneficial to workpermit.com.

I await your kind reply.

Kind regards,
Salman S. Zafar
