Dependent application out side UK

Hi All,

Currently my wife is India. I have changed my visa status from tier-1 to ILR visa from Dec 2012. If she need to apply for ILR dependent in India what documents I have to provide?

Do I need to show any balance on bank statements? how long?

She already travelled to UK twice as Tier -1 dependent and currently have valid tier-1 dependent visa untill 06/06/2014.

She can't apply for ILR in India. She has to re-enter the UK on her current visa and then apply.
