Is employer Letter required for Tier1G Visa Holder ???

Post by sancsan » Tue Jan 22, 2013 12:13 pm

Hi,

I was based out of UK for my company's assignment for 175 days, less than 90 days in a single trip.

I was having Tier 1 General Visa during these absences.

Do I need to provide any letter from employer even if the absences does not cross 180 days limit in an year (as per new rule).

Please advice.
