tier1 visa documents returned today without any letter

I received my passport and all documents returned after 3 months without any letter or
stamps on passport

Hi Could you please give more details on your application as below

when did you apply
when did you give bio metrics
is it in country (UK) switching application switching from 50k route ? or 200 k route

Hi Ricky,

when did you apply? did you give biometric ? did you receive any acknowledgement letter after submitting or not ?

I think you are fine as my past experience says if you receive all documents than your visa (BRP) will arrive with 3 or 4 days gap. I am assuming have you have given biometrics. Don't worry wait for 3 or four days and give us good news.

Rickey is right. If you had given bio matrics and you received all of your documents back but no letter from UKBA. Also no appeal form sent.

If your case was refused then then there should be a refusal stamp on the passport. You should hopefully get your bio matric card in near future. Probably caseworker forgot to enclose your approval letter when packing your documents.

The poster has said, he submitted his application 3 months go, isn't it good news for us :)? I think the 09 October 2012 date on HO website is correct?

He applied for Tier 1 general extension and not for Tier 1 entrepreneur visa.
