ILR Set (O) Section 5 Query

Post by diversity » Tue Jan 22, 2013 2:04 pm

I am on a WP from 2008 due for ILR in 2013. I need advice on filling up Section 5.
SOC Code - OK
Current rate of Pay - Should this be my actual pay or the one quoted in SOC list
What four boxes should I fill I am on WP.

This should be your actual pay, as it says current rate of pay. Hourly and then annual. I am on annual salary and do not get paid hourly. So I have put my annual salary on both columns by stroking off per hour and have put per annum next to it

BOX 1 : My SOC Code
BOX 2 : left blank as the corresponding salary for my SOC code was given 'annual'
BOX 3: the corresponding salary for my SOC code, not my actual salary.
BOX 4: 37.5
BOX 5: 1950 (37.5*52) -- this is exactly how I wrote it.

That is how I did (WP) back in Nov 12.

These are conflicting replies. Can somebody clarify. I filled it as the salary per hour as given in the SOC list, as the annual salary in only for new graduates. I get paid Annually

SOC CODE:
My SOC Code
Current rate of Pay (as stated in the COP hourly or per annum) - Blank / per hour
Current rate of Pay (as stated in the COP hourly or per annum) - Corresponding salary not my actual salary / per hour
Number of hours this is based on - 1950
Number of hours per week - 37.5

Is this correct or please advice.

Hi diversity,

The 2 Members who have answered your queries are very knowledgeable. I know what I am talking about. You should follow their advise.

Yeah but both the senior members are saying different answers. So I am just checking. Gagan says actual pay while wpilr_nov12 says not the actual salary. Please help with this.

SET O FORM SAYS CURRENT RATE OF PAY AS PER SOC CODE. MY UNDERSTANDING IS THIS IS NOT YOUR ACTAL SALARY.

I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU ASK A MEMEBER( ON WP) WHO GOT ILR RECENTLY TO CLARIFY.

That's what I thought but it looks like apart from the SOC letter, we have to show our payslips.

Don't think there is any column to enter the current salary we are on.
