Immigration - Administrative Removal

Sorry if i posted this in the wrong place - its my first time here.

My non EU friend has been found working outside his visa rules by UK border Agency. He has been given an administrative removal form and has been told to report to police station every monday - but he has been given no further information on what might happen next or the timescales involved.

I really would like to know the procedure, what happens next and an appoximate timescale.

Also, is it possible that he might just get a warning ... that they won't actually proceed with his removal ??

(additional info - Turkish national on ECAA Ankara business person found working outside of visa conditions)

Any support, ideas, previous experience with this - anything would be so much help. Thank you in advance.

Hi, Thanks. I have read this document 100 times and it still doesn't help - it doesn't say anything will definately happen and doesn't given any timescales, i guess what i really want to know is ... is it likely that AR will happen? How long before we know ? Does anyone know of similar circumstances where the person has been given a warning ? Are the government sending home a high percentage of cases like these ?

Sorry im clucthing at straws and know that no one can give a definate answer - im just looking for hope i guess

No-one can say what will happen next; even less so when commenting on hearsay information from friends. It's not a formula that applies equally in all circumstances.
