visit visa sponsorship and accomodation

I am british doctor and would like to sponsor general visit visa for a distant cousin in pakistan. She is divorced, has a child and would like to visit for couple of months on her own. I reside with my parents. Would I need to get the house owners written permission to send with the sponsorship papers? Does the house need to be inspected formally by someone? Also, is it problematic if I am going to pay for everything from flights to accomodation?

there is no problem you paying for the trip but the applicant needs to show she has social ties to pakistan which will compel her to go back after her short stay in the uk.
secondly,there is no formal inspection of accomodation.a proof of address in your name will suffice
