Human rights/asylum

Post by razraz » Tue Jan 22, 2013 5:38 pm

Can somebody apply for a residency on the basis of humanitarian grounds. Eg child born in the uk, age 4 years. Or can the parent claim asylum. And will the stays of the family be illegal once they apply for asylum. How long does it take to decide over the cases of asylum.

Why ?? Can I not ask the questions to the experts here in the forum. I asked because I want to advice people who face similar situations. All the thread posted by me don't necessarily belong to my own cirmustances.

If you are knowledgable enough to answer this question , I would appreciate , if u can't that's fine too, some other experts will do. Therefore gentleman chill and smile..

It may be best to continue at the other thread. I am therefore going to lock this thread.
