New sponsor & course maint & academic progression ur

I want to change my college, my classes were over but hvnt passed all papers (new assignments submitted). still got visa till April 2013. I have got unconditional acceptance in same level 7 course in another college my questions are:

Maintenance:

Q. How much maintenance do i need to show for extension (someone said i hve to show full 9 month maintenance as i havent complete my last course), still confused?

Academic Progression:

Q. Would UKBA ask pass result as for new admission i have submitted my transcripts (passed and fail papers) to show progression and college gave me the admission based on them (Someone also said i wont get visa as i hvnt cleared the papers)

Plz help me on this matter my course starting next month and i have to change my sponsor

you would have to show higher maintenance because you didn't complete the course.

You can have a chance to do the course again providing you haven't exceeded the 5 year limit. however the decision is with the school whether to issue you with a CAS due to your lack of progression.
