Hi all my question is on the requirement of referee who have known you MORE than 3 years. I have been here exactly 3 years so people here only have known me for just 3 years, what is meant by more, how long is that more. 3 years and a month, or 3 years an one days?!! :?:

Exactly 3 years will do just fine. Technically, more than means 3 years and a split second. A friend of me recently used a referee he knew for just under 3 years (2 years and 11 months, I think) - was still accepted by HO.
