Switching from Tier-2 (ICT Short term) to Tier-2 General

Hi All,

Currently I am in Tier-2 ICT short term VISA sponsored by multi national organization. below are my queries,

1. any possibility to switch over to Tier-2 general VISA.

2. my VISA validity is from Sep 2012 to Sep 2013.

3. if yes, what i have to do to apply inside UK and how long it will take.

4. Any legal action that my existing company take on me
