Biometrics letter not arrived

Hi

i applied for ILR with my family under the rule based on 10 years law fully and they got my application on 12 November 2012. can someone tell me when will i get the Biometrics booking letter and also how long does they take to process my application??

Date Applied/Docs sent: 12/11/12
Date Received Ack. Letter: 15/11/12
Date Biometrics booking letter arrived:
