Switching from Tire-2 ICT long term Visa to Tire-2 General

Hi All,

Currently I am in Tier-2 ICT long term VISA sponsored by multi national organization. below are my queries,

1. Any possibility to switch over to Tier-2 general VISA.

2. If yes, what is the procedure to apply inside UK and how long it will take.

3. My VISA entry to UK was cleared on July 2012 and valid till 2015

4. Any legal action that my existing company take on me
