If you can't show in the application that you intend to live together after the wedding, it may well be viewed as a possible 'marriage of convenience'. In the application you also have to submit evidence of suitable accommodation.
The case workers don't consider what 'may happen in the future'. You need to comply with the rules at the time the application is submitted.

You have 3 main mandatory points to meet. Proof of a genuine relationship, finances and adequate accommodation.
If you have 3 years left on your current visa, why not wait until you are able to live together?

Thank you for your reply again. We have been living separately for 1 year already and we find it difficult for us so we want to apply for spouse visa ASAP
