Tier2 Dependents visa - Accommodation related Document

I just want to know how important the accommodation proofs like flat rent contract/Utility Bills, etc. I couldn't find any accommodation related proofs in Tier 2 dependents guidlines

Currently i am living in a shared flat. I will be applying for my spouse and kids visa during first week of Feb 2013. I have a flat contract with move in date on 5 march 2013. Is it OK, if accommodation proof is required?

There is no requirement within the immigration rules for accommodation with regard to adult PBS dependants. There is a requirement within the immigration rules for child dependants. Which one are you?

So you will good evidence of suitable accommodation and that conforms to the UK housing requirements on overcrowding.

Since i will be submitting visa application in Feb 2013, but my flat contract starts from 5 March 2013. Is this OK?

Yes, I don't see why not. It takes about a month to be emitted, in any case.
